OUTSIDE OF HOUSE:

• This is now looking at the entrance to the house from the driveway.

• Downstairs from left to right;

  • Storeroom window.  This used to be a servants toilet, but I ripped everything out and shelved it for a pantry.

  • Stable doors into a storage area for things like working clothes (jackets - boots - etc & veggies).  There is then a proper outside door into the Utility room.

  • Window to the cloakroom.

  • Front porch.  A small area to buffer the house from the cold elements.  The main house door is in the porch.  I have also built a huge box in the porch to contain logs for our wood fire.

  • Hallway windows by the stairs.

• Upstairs from left to right;

  • Guest bathroom.   As we were getting the bathroom's redone, we needed to double glaze the windows, so that we would not mess up the new bathrooms when we put in double glazing later.

  • All windows that you see that are brown, are the new double glazed windows, as we did not get the whole done.

  • Window into the passageway.

  • Both the bathroom & passageway windows were half their current size.  We increased them when we installed the new ones.  (They were just the one pane in size).

  • The far window is for the main bedroom.
